Hi,
I have never subscribed to this platform and I noticed on my credit card monthly charges that have been happening for some time now for $34.69. Please let me know how I can stop these charges.

do you have any services with Koodo and Telus? sometimes, they will use Public Mobile has the merchant name to make charge
if you are sure you have no charges with Telus or Koodo or Public Mobile, simply ask your bank to apply a charge back
