Why is my active Telus SIM number invalid with public mobile when I am trying to open an account?

This helps.  I thought I could use my existing Telus SIM number that is currently active with Telus mobile.

@Paul43 Are you using a Public Mobile sim card to activate a Public Mobile account?

Telus sim card can only be used on Telus network, not PM.  And all sim cards can only be activated once
