Subscription Not Activated

Trying to port my number over to PM for the $34 Can-US plan.  Entered my credit card info and sim.  Went to the App to finish, and entered by phone number and IMEI....Clicked to activate and it comes back subscription not activated.  Can I get some help?

I had same issue the other day,  I was going with esim, entered my number to port and IMEI, stuck at step 6. Mistake was entering IMEI and not previous Telco account #. I private message CS Agent, got reply a day later. They can' do anything till I got physical sim so did that. CS Agent got back to me pretty quick and ported my number over.

In your case, submit support ticket or private message to CS Agent. Since you have sim card, once CS Agent gets in touch with you and request your sim card #, they'll take care of the rest for porting. Once I was on Public Mobile, I relaunched the app and it logged in properly, no 'step 6'.

From what I remember, I just continue with the setup with a temp number and did the port at the end. 

Did you message cs for assistance?

First disable the app and install again. Reboot phone and try again. Reset network.  Are you using esim? Check sim manger to see if you see the public  mobile sim. Is it set to primary? Turn on?

If still same message cs for further assistance.

Sorry meant to say I cleared cache and data on the app, then relogged in and it still says step 6 of 6.  I am not sure how to even retry to port in

Well I can not seem to clear cache as the App still says step 6 out of 6.  So I am unsure how to even re try this port

From another thread, I see this as I am stuck at the same point.  Is there someone who can do this?

if you are at step 6 of 6 and it is a sim card activation issue, it is an easy fix.  it is just one of message to support and ask them to confirm the sim card provisioning.  Please don't give up yet, give it one more try

You need to do it again using the account number from your other provider instead. Need to put back your sim to get text message. 

I will send you another message with the number to call to request port again.

It is better using your previous carrier account number rather than the IMEI.
