Why is Public Mobile the worst at customer service

Literally THE WORST. I need to private message a @CS_Agent - how the heck do I do that? How many times have I had to log into this stupid system which doesn't allow me to chat to anyone? I need help and I need it without writing to the whole community. How do I go about doing that?

The only reason I posted on here was to try to flag a customer service agent. After adding the @ here in my post I was able to then click on that profile and then start a chat but I could only do that by posting on here first.  Mind you, that was after an hour of trying to log in, 6 confirmation codes and over an hour of unnecessary hassle.  I'm fine with this being a no frills service but not at the expense of my sanity.

Agreed. Looking into a new carrier as well. Not worth the aggravation.

Hey Dalzul2! I couldn't agree with you more. PM is THE worst!! I've been trying to get past a login issue for 2 days now and no one seems to care or respond to my "Community" request for help.

I've decided NOT to sign up for any mobile plans with such a pathetic support platform as that displayed by PM.

Not worth it for the amount of work. And no one has bothered to respond to my message. I stand by my statement. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

hi @Dalzul2 use the trusted device option 

And yes 2FA is trouble, but all thr extra work is to protect your account

The problem is trying to submit a ticket. I had to log in about 10x to even get to that window. Simply terrible terrible service. Not in any way good at all.

it is good.  It says clearly all suport are online.  There is no chat her, but submit ticket here
