On PM .... Why is....
On the reward page why is the logout tab inconsistent to the top right”ish” as it on the My Account logout and as it is on the Telus rewards page? Is it to confuse the customer to choose the large box in error to switch to points??
Once logged in to the PM My Account when I select to go to My Rewards why do I have to log in to My Rewards? When I log into my Telus account and select rewards......another login is not required.

As well I am sure that a lot of us would also appreciate to see in the points rewards login, a correct reflection that matches the dollar value of referral rewards as well. There is probably a few ways it could be achieved.

I would guess the reason is that at the moment, My Account and My Rewards are hosted on different server. My Rewards is hosted on Telus, same as where Telus rewards hosted on. My Account is hosted on another system. I was told they might update the My Account system too, are they? and at that point, we will see better integration between the 2 sites? or even one site have them both ?

Thanks for pointing this out. PM is reusing some of the Telus Rewards code for Public Points system. Currently, PM is collecting a list issues and inconsistencies for future updates.
@J_PM , please let the department who worked on the Public Points system to include in future updates. Thanks

I think it was placed to subliminally select. I plan to put white out in that spot on all my screens. 😉😉

It is definitely inconsistent. And likely the effect of old platforms trying to merge or work together as one, which is not standardized - blah 😒
That "Join Public Points" does not actually sign you up, or OPT you IN automatically.
But, maybe this was a thought-based design, for users to follow that path...🙄

You just got a plan? Or another plan?
Actually points are do able......but much more work.....of which I am not interested in.
