Why has my hero plan with 1 GB data suddenly increased to $55? I thought that plan was $25?

i think just a system glitch.  It shows wrong amount around two weeks ago too

Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in) and check

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

  (And why you still have $25 1GB plan? you should have been offered better plans for the same price before.  Check My account, Change Subscription page and see if any better plans still available now)
