Why doesn't 12MONTHS2GB apply to existing customers?

Seems unfair to offer 12MONTHS2GB only to new activations, don't you want to keep existing customers?
Can it be applied to my account if I upgrade from 15$/month to 25$/month plan?

No I'm afraid not. Now it does suck that if you signed up and didn't get a promotion when you signed up but you had a motivation when you signed up and if you got a promotion great you already got your promotion if you didn't get a promotion you had other reasons for signing up and not waiting for a promotion.

But you can avail yourself of the student promo that's open to all customers. Additionally I'm sure there's many new customers who would prefer to be on the rewards program rather than the points program but Dems the breaks.....

All telecom providers give goodies to new subscribers and not existing.

PM does have treats for existing customer, the Holiday bonus.  They have been doing it for the last 3 Decembers.  On the last one, everyone got 2GB bonus data and 500 Long distance call minutes
