Did you port a phone number to Public Mobile recently?
If so, and the previous provider was a cell plan, the incoming calls are usually the last thing to port. Full porting can take up to 3-4 hours.
You can use previous provider's SIM to receive calls, until this stops working...then you know the port is complete.
If this was a landline, the full porting of the phone number usually takes a few days.

Can you provide more details? There's no much to go on here.
What type of phone do you have? Did it work on another service?
Are you a new customer? Or have you been using the service for awhile?
Did you port in a number? (If so, this can take time.)
Did you check your Self Serve account view?
