Why are my reward $ not applied?

Have just noticed on my credit card statemen that the monthly charges for my PM auto pay  account are $16.95 even though I'm entitled to reward discounts. Cut and pasting rewards shown on my account page.

  • Refer-a-Friend Reward ($1)

What gives?

Which plan do you have?

Check your payment history from your overview page.

Please note that your cc payment is higher with the sale tax added to your monthly plan fee less rewards.

If you have a $15 plan and you are from ON, your rewards were not applied.

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

I think he means the balloon itself. It's very intermittent for me. At this typing it's not there.

when did you activat the account? all the rewards applied after 30 days, check your current balance. should be your balance $4 next month auto pay charge only $16.95
