My subscription renewal for this month is August 30th, but I'm still showing that I owe 25 bucks. I made a $22.00 payment a week ago, and it shows up in the Payments History. However, I'm still showed as owing on August 30th.
Last week, my balance was 0 after making the payment. What happened here?

Actually I think it was beyond that. My Firefox installation only uses RAM cache for certain elements, so nothing carries over between browser sessions at all. My disk cache is totally disabled.
No biggies, as long as it's up to date, I'm happy.

cache is a big problem with My Account. Use Incognit/Private/Secret mode or clear browser cache

Actually, I refreshed the page, and now it's corrected. There was 0 in available funds before. Now there's 22 dollars.
Had to be a glitch somewhere.

Can you give us some screenshots of your payment history from here since your last renewal?

maybe browser cache? login My Account using Incognit/Private/Secret mode and check again. And check Available Fund as well has Payment history
