The last time I needed help it only took 30 minutes to hear back from a mod. So much better than waiting around on hold for someone to try and figure it out and repeating my account information multiple times.

It's to save money and charge less. Do you want to be on hold on the phone? I don't. Most things can wait and it's only when service stops working that immediate service would help with.

It's simple, less for less. If they had all the bells and whistles and advertising the other carriers have, they would be the same price.

Public Mobile support is done via online community. For all non account related matters and general advice, customer help customers. For account related matters, the moderator team is contacted via private messaging also through the community forum platform.
