Where is my SIM Card?

I ordered a SIM card for my new subscription last week and it still has not arrived in the mail. It should have only taken 2 days days.

You will be lucky if you can get the SIM in 2 days. It would take 2 days for staff to prepare your order before shipping it out.

Normally it would take 10 working days and up to 3 weeks to arrive.

@Adam_1598, Public Mobile uses Canada Post to deliver them so if your experience with Canada Post is usually quick for where you leave then you likely will be receiving it very soon. If it goes past 2 weeks you can contact a CS agent (small orange circle in the bottom right corner, they type Customer Support Agent) to confirm when it was sent out etc. There's been cases where people were able to buy a physical SIM card at a TELUS/Koodo store and get reimbursed for it but only after speaking with an agent first

SIM cards are sent by mail and do not usually arrive within 2 days. The 2 day timeframe is an amount of time that Public Mobile aims to send the SIM card by.
