When I hit reply I got red screen.

 

To the person that posted that title in first screenshot. If you're reading this.

Is today your renewal/ payment due date?

If so, is your phone working?!If phone is working system goes like this.

• Active to expired
• Expired to Suspended with this note

• Once system updates later today it will go from Suspended back to Active for next 30 days.

If your phone is working. Ignore your account until system updates later today.

If it's not renewal time. Let us know!
