The only way is through a CSA but the good news is many people have gotten what they needed for business purposes going that route

Here's the how to from @AE_Collector ..
Then contact customer support to make the request. However they will not do it for you in an ongoing basis per month rather make your request every 90/180/360 day time periods. For tax purposes make a 360 day request after your last renewal of the year in the month of December.

@forest6655 - you only get what you see on your self serve account.
If you need something more official, you will need to request it each time you need it with CSA.
Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support agents=CSA) by clicking here:
