Where can I find when my plan starts and ends?

e.g. 30 day plan starting on Jan 1:

Jan 1 - Jan 30

Jan 31 - March 1 (if Feb has 28 days that year)

March 2 - 31

The only way is to login to account and look under View Payment History. Change drop down menu to 90 days and it will show the 30 day payment dates.

On the main page, it will show your next payment date.
