I have a sim card from before the promo period, and I activated my phone, but need to be switched over to the 4gb/month promotion plan. I have messaged public mobile on facebook since saturday, I have emailed them since tuesday, and I have messaged the mods since tuesday, and there is no response?
This is very poor service, they should be trying to message everyone at least within a 48 hour time frame.

Make enough of a scene and you'll get a reply within hours..
Worked for me. They prioritize their replies according to importance.

I'm having the same issue! so frustrating.. I waited for more than a week already, still no reponse.

there is a big backlog. expect delays.
Did you provide them will all of your account info and what you wanted?
If you still have service I wouldnt worry about it. They will apply the change and apply and differences.
I had my plan swap fail, it was fixed.
