When we export phone service to another provider in the middle of the month,  do we have the rest credits returned to bank account?

@zfx guessing that was a post-paid Virgin Mobile account?  Different beast all together.

I recently moved from Virgin Mobile to PM, as the service terms and conditions on their website:

if you have a credit balance on my final bill, for balances equal to or above $10 and under $500 on your final bill, Virgin Mobile will mail a cheque to your preferred mailing address within 90 days of the date of that bill. For any other balance, you must contact Virgin Mobile to request that we mail a cheque to your preferred mailing address.

I only have $1.13 credit on file so I don't bother to call them at all.

Hope this helps!

@Dontaskwhy2000     Unfortunately!PM is prepaid service, If you don't renew your service , you'll loose any positive balance in your account, you won't get refunded.

As above, so it's always strategic to port over a couple days before the end of your term. Unless you don't care about your money. 🙂

Edit: wait...re-read...credits...unless the credits in your Available Funds come from your real money and not just rewards and promo and referral credits...it's not really real money.

@Dontaskwhy2000 No, it's prepaid, no refunds if it's not used.
