@Auntyaubray  - not exactly sure what your situation is, so i'll provide some info. if this applies to you.

Were you on a plan/account that closed due to being in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days? If so, unfortunately this closes your account with Public Mobile and you lose your phone number and access to self serve.

OR, you have now TWO activate SIM cards/Public Mobile accounts and you want to move one of those phone numbers over to the other account.

If this was your question, then it has been stated before that Public Mobile does not allow this.

Sounds like you may have already activated a new account, you can reach out to a CSA to see if they can recover the number for you. Was it originally a PM number or did you port it to PM, in that case it will be more difficult

Do you already have service with PM?

Question is confusing unless your current SIM is not working properly and you want to replace SIM.

@Auntyaubray   did you lost your old phone or SIM and now got a new SIM and you want to transfer the number over?   If you are just replacing SIM this way, YES, you can do it.  You just need to login to My Account, click Change SIM card, then pick email to receive the 2FA security code to complete the SIM card transfer

Again this is NOT activating a new account with your new SIM.

What do you mean by transfer? Did you open a new account?
