Unfortunately there are no roaming options for Honduras. Either you will have to buy a local sim or a roaming sim card. Surfroam (www.surfroam.com) offers some plans for Honduras.

PM has only US roaming add-on. For Honduras, you need to buy a local SIM card when you arrive your destination. But you can use WhatsApp or Hangout to call home using Wifi at ariport or hotel.
