Hi Guys............I'm trying to figure out when is my actual monthly service. I pay for my service on the 13th of each month, but what is the service dates. What dates are you using for my data usage?? Is my data usage the same as my payment dates (13th to 13th)? Or is my monthly data usage per month. ( the 1st of the month to the end of the month??) Can someone please let me know so that I can keep track of my data, so that I don't go over my limit. Thanks James Root

The question is not being answered. If the bill begins on the 13th of the month, does it mean that I’m going be using my 1st MB for the new billing period on the 14th. I am aware that it is a 30 day billing cycle. When I get my visa bill, for example, my cycle does not begin when I pay my Visa bill, but it’s actually already started. Is it the same with public?

at public mobile is prepaid service for 30 day and every New cycle you will get new data for any plan,
and if you go over your limit data is will just stop working your data,
no extra charges fees because prepaid service,

@bigharry66 PM running on a 30 days cycle. so, if you are going to pay this month on August 13, your next billing cycle will starts on Sept 12, then Oct 12, Nov 11 and so forth.
It is a little trouble to track. if you are trying to track the data usage on a phone, you will need a 3rd party tracker that is able to setup 30 days cycle as phone's data track only does monthly
On iOS try My Data Manager
on Android, try Data Counter Widget or Data Witness PM

All plans here are 30 days, not monthly.
If you have not registered for a Self Serve account you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Log into your Self Serve and when your payment is due, is when your new cycle / Plan Data will begin/reset.
Install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track for 30 days.
If you are android, try this one:
Data Witness app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/detailsid=com.iwik.datawitnesspm&hl=en_CA&gl=US
I use this one myself and it gives me what I need from it.
You could also check out Data counter widget: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roysolberg.android.datacounter&hl=en_CA&gl=US
If you are an Apple user, I am sure there is a 30-day app that is available as well.
