What phones are compatible.

I am trying to find out if my phone is compatible.  I see you can check online but when I click in the section where you check, the drop box shows nothing??  I have a Moto e5 unlocked.  Does anyone know what my phone HAS to have in order to use this service.  thanks😊

Thanks for this ..

You should be good as my buddy has the same phone and uses PM. Only exception if not a North America model as stated, etc.

@Windy   which version you have?

These are the bands of your phone BOLD  are the compatible one:

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - Europe
               HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100 - Brazil
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 38, 40 - Europe
                 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 28 - Brazil

I think the Brazil version will work better than the European one.  You might get more issue on the LTE Data with European version

Any phone should ideally have 3G B2, B5 and LTE B4 (or B66 instead of B4), B12 (or B17 instead of B12) for minimum coverage.

@Windy

There is a glitch on the PM phone compatible site. As long as the phone is purchased in Canada and is a newer model…it is most likely compatible.

The Moto E5 is compatible with B2 (1900) and B5 (850) on 3G and 4G LTE on 1,2,3,7,8,20,38 frequencies.

The phone needs to have at least 3g/HSPA network capabilities on bands 2 and 5. LTE compatibility is entirely optional.
