You probably loaded 2 esims or a physical sim and an e-sim on your device at some point. Do they have different phone numbers?

Primary and personal could be different. Particularly if you have phone capable of handling 2 SIMs.

turn on the Primary and off the personal
its ok as long as you can make and receive calls/text and data work
