What happened to the reminder notifications that your bill is due????

Super annoying that they don't give a heads up and they change the date all the time. Is there a way to turn it on?

As all of us have smartphones, it is easy to create a repeating reminder every 30 days for payment due or any time that works for you. You could even create calendar event that repeats every 30 days too. Not hard to do. I don't rely on any important notices from providers, credit card payment, phone payment, etc..

Sorry, but there is no setting that can be changed. There are no longer any reminders.

@Rosie111  pM stopped sending those alerts back in April 2023 

and date always Changes because PM is 30 day and 90 day cycle not monthly . Best to set 30 day reminder in your phone @Rosie111
