Hi, I received 2 messages regarding insufficient funds in my account. I've tried different browsers and none of them can open any links in community, and Rewards portal hasn't been accessed for months.
I tried disabled and re-enabled pre-authorized payment. Hopefully it will help with the "funds" issue.
Please kindly advise if anything I should do.

your account on Autopay, then ignore those messages.

HI @Vanice For the fund and sms, ignore the text if you hve Autopay already enabled. The message sent to everyone who has upcoming renewal, with or without Autopay. So, you don't have to worry about it if Autopay already enabled.
For link you cannot open, check if you have pop up blocker
