I am sure companies want to make it easier on customers. At least, I hope. So, why is this unwieldy system of having two different authentication systems for the community and the account? Why not combine the two so that only account holders can access the community? Moreover, it has been a nightmare trying to set up the two in LastPass. Public Mobile keeps replacing my Telus account authentication, which I also have separately. Just a suggestion. 🙂

The developers just taking the easy way of implementing the site
But the Community actually use Khoros, I think it might not have any ways to link the login to another system

Even if it is open to anyone, it should not affect the members. It would have nothing to do with the logistics of the situation, as we could simply log into one or the other seamlessly. It's just one too many logins we just don't need.

@dabr Yes, I think they will. I think the Reward page on My Account is a space they would fill it back later. Maybe only my wishful thinking 🙂

I think the reason is that Community is open for everyone, even people who has not joined yet and would like to ask question
But My Account is strictly for Customers
Talking about insane, My Rewards and My Account should really combined back
