I've been with PM since 2017 and have always done auto payment from charge card. My payment was made was made early this morning. I received a 611 text saying I used 95% of my data which I usually barely use 2gb. I logged into my account it says payment was made today but when I go into my rewards is says my subscription is on hold do to expiration. Resolve by 90 days. Please assist.

This is happening to me aswell, it looks like .y data has reset itself already? But it doesn't look like the payment has come out yet (on here or pending from my bank) I can't make calls or texts.

If you have the service, please ignore the text and the on hold message. Many got that wrong text
