The page of change plan in My Account cannot load any selection of new plans; plus, the page “plan” constantly shows “we have encountered something wrong”.
how else can i change my phone plan?

I just tried it and is working. I am using Opera browser.
Restart your browser and try it again.
Please note that PM is a prepaid service provider. There is no refund of the remaining unused days of your current cycle if you select change plan now. You can select to change plan at your next renewal date.

@rememberuIt seems to be working for me. I tried with Firefox. Have you tried clearing browser cache and/or using privacy/incognito mode on the browser?

@rememberuTry another web browser or private browsing mode, if you are on a tablet or cell phone, switch to a regular computer. If still not working you might want to log out, and try again in 1 hour.
