I am trying to pay to resubscribe but the app and the webpage are in maintenance mode. It’s been like this all
early morning and would like to know when this will be fixed. I am in London and checked. There are no outages.
I just want to pay and have my phone back up and running.

it is common that PM site and app are in maintenance mode in late evening hours. But both site and app are up now, please try again

@Kayte84 you can clear the app by swiping down on the screen a few times.
Or uninstall and reinstall again.
If still not working, you can purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from a gas station and load via *611 until it's working again for you.
