Weak signal

I have been using the PM for weeks, and I found the signal was always weak. I couldn’t open the video from my home camera on my phone via the PM data. What’s the worst thing is that I couldn’t connect to my company ‘s Dingtalk account when I wanted to clock in and out. As a result, my employer couldn’t count my work hours. How can I deal with this problem? Moving to another mobile data provider?

Hey @Chasen

Try switching to LTE to see if that helps. Unfortunately, if you're not getting good coverage, I would suggest going with Rogers. If you go with Bell, coverage will be similar since PM runs on the Telus network, and Bell and Telus share towers. Try LTE and see how that goes. Otherwise, try switching to Rogers, or Fido or Chatr, which all use the Rogers network. In my experience, I found the Telus network to be reliable and better than Rogers, but it really depends on the area. Good luck!

Also what phone do you have some international phones may be missing bands required for a good network experience

hi @Chasen

did you test the speed? what speed do you have?

and what phone do you have?

first, make sure your old sim card is removed or disabled old eSIM.

next, reboot phone and click Reset network settings and test

if the performance still not good, try changing the network mode to manual and test both 4G/LTE and 5G and see if it makes a difference
