I do not get voice activation when I use the app. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I get voice when at home on wifi.
I have 3G on my Public network, is this the problem,?
I have gone through many tutorials AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.
i WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP.

@adele4 - you could also try to uninstall the app, then reinstalling it.

@adele4 if you are on iPhone, make sure you have allow Mobile data for Waze app. Some people selectively disabled Mobile usage for different app
If you are on Android, check if your Data Saver is on, turn it off and try again
And, are your other apps working to Mobile Data? Browser works?

Obviously your cellular/mobile data is on and you have available data?
Is there a permission to allow it to use cell data (or not)?

@adele4 , try force closing the waze app and then clearing cache and restarting it.

This is not really a Public Mobile issue but I find that if I am charging my phone the audio doesn't work properly.
Hope this helps. Otherwise I would search it on google or youtube.

@adele4 hi it sounds like an issue with the app, contact them for "directions" to resolve the issue 😀
