I checked my usage on-site and from app and both confirmed that I only used up 1.35 gb out of 53 gb.

I did check phone settings too. Both set data warning and set data limit are greyed. Thanks!

@EdSA821 based on others posts today, i think the warning may have been triggered by a system glitch and should be resolved soon-ish.  Once again, as long as your data is working as it should, you can carry on worry free

Yes, I refreshed repeatedly. 1.35 gb out of 53 gb. I also downloaded the app as recommended, same result. I'm not a heavy user, I signed up for the 54 gb plan because I don't want this issue or worry of running out at the moment when I needed most. I just want PM's notification to accurate and cost a lot of worry and wasted time. Thanks!

@Richelle17   If you check via the web version and you hit refresh on your usage, does the GB usage match the usage bar on the bottom?  PM does data usage updates a few times a day (and once overnight) and users will see data used that really isnt, but it resets after the update. Long story short, if your data is still working its nothing to worry about, and as PM is a prepaid service, you dont need to worry about "extra charges" if you ACTUALLY go over your data, it will just cease to work until the next cycle renews or an add on is purchased. Hope this helps

Me, too. Got the same warning via Public Mobile text, not my phone. What is going on?

Also, if the warning is from your phone and not from PM, try this- Check Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Billing cycle and Data warning and disable the warning there (if it is greyed out, turn on Mobile data first and you will be able to get into that setting page)

@EdSA821  If the warning is coming as a text message or on-screen alert, but you can still use your data, I would say that you can ignore it. Could be a system glitch. Hope this helps
