I want to upgrade my account from 3g to 4g.
I logged into my account.
When trying to change/upgrade I am only offered downgrades.
My account is $0 because I am on autopay.
Nevertheless I deposit enough to cover possible glitch in the upgrade process, but am still not offered the option to upgrade.
If I cannot upgrade my account by the normal self-serve process - how then?
(Aside: now I am locked out of my account until it resets in 3 hours)

I screwed up.
I believe when you shop for a plan, there is the choice of two buttons...3G and 4G.

@CountyDownIeUk is there a 4G button? Mine have all plans there line up by price

Did you go into plans and click the 4G button?

@rjwalkr yes, this could happen. But try to use Incognito mode or another browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) and that should resolve the issue

tried use browser from computer, and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
and use the down arrow to scroll down to you will see the 4G plan.

Yes I scrolled through. There were no 4g plans offered or any plans equal to or greater than the 3G plan I already have. Only downgrades are offered.

did you scroll through the plan to look for the 4G plan? click on the yellow arrows on the far right (to the right of the list of plans):
