Trying to switch my public mobile phone number to a new phone. I put sim card in new phone. It keeps asking for sim network password. Please help

Once again, retaiil stores cannot assist existing Public Mobile customers. They have zero access to the accounts. Please keep this in mind.

You should make sure it’s not locked by your carrier. You should contact your carrier to have them unlock it. Or you can bring your old account number and visit a cell phone store in a mall selling PM SIMs, and they can transfer it for you instantly.

@Lanamackay hi is it a new phone or new to you sounds like it needs to be unlocked😁

Sounds like that phone is locked to a previous network. You'd need a unlock code from them.
