Hello,
I would like to put my account on hold for up to 90 days but wanted to come back on the $19 plan when I return. Am currently on a $35 plan and when I try to change my subscription, the lowest plan I can switch to is $30 on my account now.
I understand I have to pay before 90 days to reactivate my plan and not lose my number but can I change my plan at that time to $19 or do I have to do this before I unsubscribe and put my account on hold? I am mainly paying to keep my number at this time so want to return within the timeframe to the lowest plan possible.
How come it’s not letting me switch to the $19 plan now? Is it only for new subscribers only? And can I subscribe to that plan when I reactivate within 90 days?

The only way around this is to port your number to another carrier then purchase a new SIM and port back to PM as a new member.

So basically if I didn’t take the $19 plan at initial sign up, I can’t downgrade anymore? Is there any way around this?

Whether you switch now or later doesn't matter, however you can ONLY switch to plans which show under your self-serve account.
If you do suspend your services, be sure to resume them before day 90 so as not to completely lose the account/service together.
Also, when switching plans, be sure to do so on NEXT renewal as opposed to immediate plan changes as there are no prorations or refunds for partial service periods which may remain.

You can pause Subscribe anytime you want by login to account and disable the Subscribe button. If you do unsubscribe, I would recommend you around 85 days so you won’t loss your number.
Also, you won’t be to downgrade your to the $19 plan. PM have impossible to downgrade to a lower priced plan.
