I ordered a SIM card two months ago that I never received. I no longer have a need for this SIM card and I would like to have a refund for it. The order number is 339193. Thanks in advance.

@rockie29 - we are all customers and members like you here, so go ahead and use dust2dust's 2nd link to connect with Public Mobile's representatives (CSA) if needed.
But, if you did obtain a Public Mobile SIM at a store or online elsewhere, you could ask if CSA can add that value in your My Account available funds. OR, get them to send another one, as it could be used as a spare incase you lose or damage yours..or use it as a refer-a-friend activation.

Two months ago?! Jeez. I'd be curious to know if a CanadaPost tracking method still works? Can you fill in the postal code on this page and see what it says.
