I am trying to reset the password to my account. I can change the password get an email saying the password was successfully changed but the new password wont work and it keeps taking me to the change password page and eventually my account locks.
Not sure how to proceed and I need to extend a US plan tomorrow

@Steve_B1 - you are also able to purchase USA Roaming addons through calling 611 on your mobile device or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device, if you know your 4 digit account PIN.
Remember, though there is a strange occurrence when wanting to buy the same Roaming USA addon back to back or too early. You need to wait the full 360 hours after the first one expired with an additional day or 24 hours. So silly, and hopefully this changes one day soon.
But if you contact CSA they can get it activated for you, OR buy a different Roaming USA addon so it doesn't conflict with the same you have, and that should work.
Annoying about the password loopiness. You are not the first. Have you set up your EverSafe ID successfully with this account yet?

This maybe due to the fact that self service is down right now. You can try again later or in the morning. Make sure to clear your browser cache and go incognito.
