Waiting to claim promotion

Hi thanks for the promotional data it's great.  So far I'm going to wait for my new cheaper plan to active on December 9th before I claim the 2Gb of data does this sound ok? Thanks

Are you talking about the 'More is Merrier' gift Public Mobile is giving to their customers?

If so, these are connected to your Public Mobile Account, not your plan.

You can change your plan as often as you like, and these gifts will stay on your account until used up.

@publicuser123 you made a plan change?? If you are talking about the holiday bonus, there is no difference to make the 2GB claim now or after the plan change.  But no harm to wait either as long as you claim it before Dec 31

I agree. 

Who knows. I gave up on my crystal ball. But what does not make sense to me, is when some one answers or guesses an answer just to answer to hopefully be selected as the solution, and add another notch, to an ambiguous question. There should be some requests to the OP to clarify before you put your foot in your mouth.

  1. Between December 1st - 15th, we’ll send you a text message with your holiday gifts. 
  2. To redeem them, just reply “YES” and your free data and international minutes will be automatically applied to your account.

for new customers who activate online.only, To get  2GB of monthly bonus data for Free* when you activations on $35, $40, $50,$60, $70 rate plans, for that Promo code for 2GB ,  2GBBONUS , that monthly bonus for 2GB no expires but you have to keep your plan and if you changed your plan you will lost the promo 2GB,just to you know.

 

note: it may take up to 2 to 3 business days for bonus data to be applied...
