SIM was ordered on Sept 18. Today is October 3. Is it normal for delivery to take this long?

hi @Keith_Johnston it is a bit longer than it should be
ask PM support agent. Ask them if they can let you pick up from Telus or Koodo store around you rather than asking them to send you again
