Hey, my third line is not working why people can’t reached me at the waiting call.. and I payed my phone on March 3th and you guys make pay again on April 23th and also I have to repay on May 3th.. thanks have a great day

@Johnpeter What plan are you on?  Is it 30 or 90 days?  If you paid March 3, normally you would also pay around April 2 (for 30 day plan).  Could you post a shot of your payment history for the past few mponths (removing any personal info).  We could then try to descramble what has happened in your account.  After that, if necessary, you might need to contact moderators.
