Sent service request email (#4934-2855) on Tuesday last week and PMed on Thursday and Friday. Got one reply on Friday said that I need wait for short time. After 5 days of reply the number is still not ported yet. I have tried so many times to do the porting via self servic but aways get error message. Kind of frustrated. My Koodo's new billing cycle will start on November 18. Is that possbile someone can help me out? Thanks. @Mary_M

I believe it's a known issue porting from Koodo prepaid. Hopefully a mod can get to your issue today.
