WHy did I pay 2 times

Paid on July 5. 
My plan got shut down on July 5 because I "hadn't paid" 

Paid AGAIN July 6. 
I want my money back from July 5.

I tried submitting a ticket 5 times and it doesn't work. 
It doesn't let me submit the ticket.

It is 2 approved payments

On my credit card bill it says I made 2 approved payments

any money shows on Available Funds? and you checked Payment history? it shows once or twice? on july 5 and 6?

@HeatherLemstra, are you able to go into your online banking to confirm that you are seeing 2 posted transactions (payments)? Some credit cards like the one I have will show it pending first and then posted afterwards and can take up to 24hrs to clear out. You can also go into the PM app to see what your payment history is showing. If you did indeed make 2 payments reach out to a CS_agent by clicking on the small orange round circle in the bottom right corner and type: Customer Support Agent

@HeatherLemstra  Do you happen to have the money sitting in available funds ? And you didn’t do an immediate plan change did you ? 
if still not right submit ticket with support
