Hi all,
So, I’ve just made my account yesterday and I received an email saying that my account was activated and would take 5hrs to be done. Well it’s the next day and I haven’t gotten a message from PM saying everything’s all good.
It’s frustrating because when I try to log in via the app it keeps saying to use the confirmation code I got through text but I don’t get those at all. (I’m logged in typing this through the website where it asks for email)
Anyway, please help! I do business on this phone and I need to be able to receive texts reliably.

make sure you check community inbox for their replies , or message them again for update

@Rutendo So your old SIM card still works ? If so I’ll private message you the porting team number . They can try trigger the port request for you . Leaving old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text

I’ve tried that but they didn’t solve my problem. I’ll try again if this post doesn’t work. Thanks!

I ported my old number over and yes my old sim is still in
I can call/text going out, data works, but when people specifically call me it says my number is unassigned.

service working? just a problem with login ?
ask PM to check. Open ticket by using orange Chatbot icon on the lower right, type Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and it will lead you to ticket open screen

@Rutendo, are you using a new number or did you port in an existing number? If you ported in, did you leave your old SIM card in the phone so that you could respond Yes to the confirmation text to port your number out? Are you able test your PM SIM card to see what is and what isn't working (calling in/out, text in/out, data)
