ALREADY RESET MY PLAN TWICE TO BE CHANGED ON RENEWAL, I'M ON AUTOPAY AND YOU GUYS HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON. YOU GUYS EVEN TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE NEW PLAN BUT IT'S NOT SET UP IN MY ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL. WHY ISN'T THERE ANYONE TO CALL THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I'M DEALING WITH ISSUES IN THE LAST MONTH. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR SYSTEM??????
I CHANGED MY PLAN TO BE REFLECTED ON THE RENEWAL DATE THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME I CAN'T HAVE THAT PLAN AND HAD TO SPEND MORE TIME CHANGING IT AGAIN, NOW YOUR SYSTEM ISN'T UPDATING TO THE PLAN BUT YOU ALREADY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND I'VE ALREADY MESSAGED YOU GUYS AND NO ONE RESPONDS.. THIS IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU TOOK MY MONEY, SHUTOFF MY PHONE, MAKE IT SO I CAN'T RENEW THE PLAN I HAD ALREADY CHOSEN, AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME????????????????????????????????????? I NEED A NUMBER TO CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE

@ShayeS it's definitely stressful having service issues. Please let us know if, after rebooting your phone, your service is now fully restored.

@ShayeS PUBLIC MOBILE DOES NOT PROMISE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. IN ADDITION, THE MODERATORS ONLY ARE AVAILABLE AFTER 9 AM.
If a few hours downtime is never acceptable suggest you create a backup plan. Some of my thoughts on this topic here: NO DOWN TIME
