I am not suggesting support is malicous, stupid or neglectful ... but I think that the decisions made to cripple public mobile were obviously motivated.

So now that we bring the topic to light what do you think was behind the descision to remove a working and functional support system for users?

@dumbphone, seriously, why so harsh?
Look, as you've said, not one mold fits everyone, so either be paicent with what's going on, as most likely not a life and death situation (I could be wrong, but very sure it's not).
There are a number of issues currently if you read other threads, and the volume of support requests is elevated. As mentioned, it's a first in, first out response.
Your issue will be resolved. I see Mary has already made contact in this thread with you.
You obviously know where the public mobile website is, perhaps I should suggest you read some knowledge base posts to familarize yourself with other chnages since your last stint in Public Moblie. I only joined 18 months ago, so I've never had the call centre support.
All advice is offer in the spirit of helping you, no malice is intended.

@CS_AgentI sent the pm's as folks recommened how about a reply in under 3 hours we have already doubled the projections of the community expectations of 1 hour as 2 hours have gone by without any reply to my concerns.

As for hours on hold that is basically the experience here ... waiting waiting ... still can't access my accounts.... sms verifications never arrive ... third parites confirmed they were sent.
As for all caps sorry to yell.
but that should not be a reason to not provide support.

If I would have known that cheap old telus was no longer supporting new users with phone support I would never have re-joined public mobile to be honest I dont get dropped support calls at any carriered ..nor do I have my issues take as long as this interface does.
So I am glad it works for you... but one size does not fit all.

Seriously, hang in there! I do understand your frustration. However, the moderators (= PM employees) work on the private messages on a first come first serve base and will get back to you asap - you are in good hands. (This is based on my understanding is that you have actually sent them a private message as suggested above by @imm1304.)
I personally prefer the PM customer support experience through the forom / private messaging over any so called phone support I've received from other providers in the past (including being chucked out of the line at any time, spending hours on hold and getting conflicting information from one CSR to the next...)

Usually they reply within an hour. Their hours are supposed to be 9am to 9pm Eastern time today .. so you will hear back from them eventually. Hang in there.
