Some of my texts are going through, some aren't. All different people with different phone types and different phone providers. These people cant contact me at all. No calls go through for these people either. I NEED HELP and the bot dosent help... i need to speak to someone.... this is crazy i am not getting half my texts!

are you sending text or iMessage/RCS?  please check 

Also, try to reboot the phone once.  

 

And if you need help from Agent to check, please open ticket  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Vern8748 Did you just port your number over to PM or are you a customer for some time?  Have you tried a reboot of your phone just to try that?  All of PM support is online so if a simple reboot doesn't work, you could always contact the CS Agent.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

@Vern8748   another customer just post regarding text issue. 

He did this and work , try to change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G and see if it works
