Guys Cs_Agent still has not responded 48 hours later. WHATS GOING ON??? I’m losing patience. Anyone knows anything? Can we tag them or something?

Did you CREAE a ticket?
Were you polite and explain your issue clearly?
Maybe they are overwhelmed with other inquiries...
