I have been waiting almost 5 days now for a response to get a simple account unlock email...hell any type of response. I have posted in community asking for help, sent private emails as suggested andeven tried the public email technical support. I cannot send an email by trying the troubleshooting steps on the site-the send button is disabled? I get that you are busy, but 5 days?

I am trying to get my password email reset. I am not sure of what CC I used as I am a new user and have not been able to login as my account is locked and my original email expired.(I must have gotten the login stuff confused).
Please unlock it and send me a reset email? I will send daily emails until I get it reset.
my username in community is mutant26.
My employer is pushing me to get this fixed. I have year end expenses.

I have been waiting patiently, have sent private messages to some of your moderators and now things are getting really pushed from my employer.
The solutions offered did not deal with the issue I am having.
does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get someone to look into this?

More like 1-2 weeks wait I think; so plan/cope accordingly.

I know this won't solve your login issue but can't you log in to your credit card company and check your statements there so you can submit for year end expenses? You are right it shouldn't take this long but unfortunately it is and some have been waiting I have heard 10+ days. Do you currently have service because that is their priority right now so you may have a bit longer wait still.
