Accepted first voucher but not processing second voucher

Try 611 if it doesn't accept it wait one hour and try again. Like credit cards you only get two tries before they lock you out for an hour.

@Broadcove did you get them from the same place? Voucher from some stores might take 24 hours for the voucher to be active. It's an issue on those voucher system.
Also, how you load the 2nd voucher? you tried both Self-Serve and *611
