Your vouchers are not working on my phone

If you read thru the voucher catalogue user feedback is very helpful with the little idiosyncracies of each retailers pm voucher If you find yours there then you will likely find out why you were unable go redeem them when you tried. If you don't find them or your experience was different from how others have reported please feel free to share and add a pic of your vouchers after you have redeemed them and they are no longer valid.

 

**611 is the easiest way to load your vouchers onto your account. Simply dial 611. Connect. Enter (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit code.

Some vouchers will have multiple 12 digit codes and names most commonly pin#, redemption # and voucher #. Only one of these sets of numbers will be the correct code to enter to redeem.

Hi @Cheryl37 sorry to hear that you are having a problem uploading your Public Mobile vouchers?  May we ask where you bought these vouchers?  As already mentioned above, there are vouchers that work immediately like London Drugs, and there are vouchers that you have to wait a few hours to work, like Canadian tire up to 24 hrs to become valid but usually by the end of that locations business day.

 

Please check out @darlicious excellent Voucher Catalogue which is very helpful.  Thanks darlicious.  

 

Try this before you enter your voucher again.  Delete your browsing history, cache and cookies.  Turn your phone off and then back on.  Use another browser or go in incognito mode, just to be safe .. then give it another try.  

 

As probably already suggested above, if you enter your voucher using your self serve account https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

it seems both voucher number and pin code are acceptable, but try voucher # first.

 

If you are paying by dialling 611, enter PIN # first... and if it doesn't work, try the voucher #

 

Here's an example of Shoppers Drug Mart voucher where I highlighted the voucher # in green and pin # highlighted in yellow. (from @darlicious Voucher Catalogue)

 @Cheryl37 : Just as a heads up, I have not personally verified that the voucher # works. Nor do I recall reading definitive verification of that. I have found that the PIN # works in both places.

There may be two sets of numbers on them. 

 

If you're trying to redeem them through self-serve, use the voucher number.

 

If you're trying to redeem them through *611, use the PIN number.

You can try adding that voucher to your account by dialing 611. You can enter the 12 digit voucher PIN.

Some vouchers can take up to one day to activate.  If you tried entering via self service account, you can also try dialing 611 on your phone and enter via 611.  

 

Also, sometimes there are a couple of set of numbers on these vouchers.  Make sure that you are using the right set of numbers.

@Cheryl37 hi where did you get your vouchers? some places take a few hours to update their system for inputting the vouchers try again in a few hours
