I received two vouchers as a gift and I added them to my account. But why can I not see them on my account.

It might be browser cache or app cache problem. To avoid these cache problems, please login My Account using browser with incognito mode to check again. You should see the money showing as Available Funds.
You can also call *611 from you phone and it will return the Available Funds amount
